The weather had been good all week and Bergsåker was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Just Explode could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sören Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Speeding Tornado galoped for 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Speeding Tornado, Nocturna, Unpredictable, Pochahontas, Devil Spirit, Kenmare, Pint Of Gold, Just Explode.




Kenmare looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Nocturna couldn't come out from behind the leader, Speeding Tornado.

Just Explode made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Pochahontas.
