The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wind found a gap and took the lead. Shining Sunshine followed before Stop The Record.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Stop The Record took the lead after 1000m. Gingerbreadman didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Stop The Record was still in the lead after 1500m.




Gingerbreadman seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Gingerbreadman sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Gingerbreadman today who won before Shining Sunshine and Stop The Record.
