One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fair News took the lead after a very quick start.




Pinstripe´s Von Vicktrix quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Fair News sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fair News followed by Hurrikane and Dreaming Asteroid. Lane two Buttahatchee followed by Uphill Princess and Pinstripe´s Von Vicktrix. Uphill Princess galloped for 50 m.




Fair News was still in the lead after 2000m.




Fair News seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Fair News were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Uphill Princess won the race after a spectacular finish.
