The sun was shining on Eskilstuna and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Robinson Pegasos was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Golden Passion galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Naar De Lucht quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Grasping Love looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rundaundan Opal couldn't come out from behind the leader, Naar De Lucht. Grand Slam galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Rundaundan Opal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Alphonsine couldn't come out from behind the leader, Naar De Lucht.

Winner of todays race was Naar De Lucht. Robinson Pegasos came in second. Rundaundan Opal became third.
