The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dakota Rebel. Buzzy Beetle Lore ended up behind the leader. Can´t Capture got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Qumran Hof started to galop and lost 50 m.

Qumran Hof saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of The Cash who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Difsteves Queen sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Miséricorde galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.

Insane Starlight sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
