The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Arvika this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Erfreuen Äussern could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Knick The Nock sprinted to the front.




Certainty sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Erfreuen Äussern accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Weather Report gallopped for 20 m. Diablo In Disguise started to gallop after 1500m and Erik Berglöf had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Erfreuen Äussern was still in the lead after 2000m.




Erfreuen Äussern was safely in the lead after 2500m. Close Missile was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Poincon Express speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Diablo In Disguise galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Poincon Express. Erfreuen Äussern came in second. Certainty became third.
