The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Belmont Cragin Trotter.
Tropical
Sunray ended up behind the leader.
Bon Verve got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Per Lennartsson wanted a little to much in the start and Sleepy
Spring galoped for 50 m. Tropical
Sunray suddenly started to galop. Fredrik B Larsson had to struggle to get Tropical
Sunray to tror again and succeded after 30 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Tropical
Sunray sprinted to the front.
Tabasco Boko took the lead after 1000m.
Heavy
Angel didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Belmont Cragin Trotter looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Portable
Hero started to gallop after 1500m and Kaj Widell had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
With only a little left of the race
Tropical
Sunray galoped for 10 m.
Belmont Cragin Trotter were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Apple Caramel galop.
Apple Caramel lost 30 m.
Apple Caramel was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.
Bon Verve won the race after a spectacular finish.
