Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Joensuu track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Offshore Julie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Naar De Lucht saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Liebe In Sichten took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Liebe In Sichten today. It continued in the lead.

Liebe In Sichten kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Offshore Julie was first on the homestretch followed by Liebe In Sichten and Naar De Lucht.

Fairbankgi never caught up with Offshore Julie who won. Liebe In Sichten came third.
