One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Wave sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Heavy Wave was in fine shape and held the lead.




The Big Apple took the lead after 1000m. Heavy Wave didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one The Big Apple followed by Running Winter and The Scapegoat. Lane two Heavy Wave followed by Comfortable Paradigm and Kartoffel Hoof.




The Big Apple didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Heavy Wave gallopped 30 m after 2000m.



The Big Apple looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Heavy Wave sprinted over the finishline before The Big Apple and Running Winter.
