The sun was shining on Tampere today. A perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Neon Cookie. Orabell ended up behind the leader. Sophisticated Brightness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Silver Whirlwind quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Neon Cookie showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Sophisticated Brightness started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Jay-walker who started to galop and lost 40 m. Sophisticated Brightness took the lead after 1000m. Orabell didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sophisticated Brightness today. It continued in the lead. Sophisticated Brightness looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Sophisticated Brightness didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
