One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lord Mckenzie. Petite Fleur ended up behind the leader. Substance Élégante got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Petite Fleur started to galop and lost 40 m.




Lord Mckenzie was in fine shape and held the lead.




Substance Élégante looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Petite Fleur couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lord Mckenzie.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lord Mckenzie followed by Petite Fleur and . Lane two Substance Élégante followed by Journey and . Journey started to gallop after 1500m and Anna-Karin Rundqvist had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Lord Mckenzie sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Substance Élégante won the race after a spectacular finish.
