The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Jägersro this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Happy Thinking could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Pants On Fire sprinted to the front.




Decisive Force looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Heavy Bandwith couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pants On Fire.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Pants On Fire followed by Heavy Bandwith and Happy Thinking. Lane two Decisive Force followed by Bror Harry and Silver Whirlwind.




Pants On Fire sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Pants On Fire were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Decisive Force won. Pants On Fire came in second. Heavy Bandwith caught third place.
