The sun was shining on Tampere and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sans Xylene tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Galette that came steaming ahead.




Sans Xylene quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Sans Xylene clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Sans Xylene were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Galette sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
