One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Golden Nebraska. Eddie Opal ended up behind the leader. Carlos Sheridan got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Eddie Opal started to galop and lost 40 m. Front Bear was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. This is the positions after 500m. Ban, Electric Feeling, Old Bandwith, Cykeltjuven, Diamond Rebel, Carlos Sheridan, Front Bear, Golden Nebraska. Eddie Opal started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Electric Feeling took the lead after 1000m. Cykeltjuven didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Old Bandwith looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Diamond Rebel gallopped for 40 m. Diamond Rebel was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Cykeltjuven litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Front Bear won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
