One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Blue Fountain took the lead after a very quick start. Glowing Pie suddenly started to galop. Eirik Høitomt had to struggle to get Glowing Pie to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Heavenly Sugar sprinted to the front.

The leader got disturbed by something and Gooo Far took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gooo Far followed by Blue Fountain and Adam Opal. Lane two Kroos Pegasos followed by Lying Flower and Heavenly Sugar. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Pinstripe´s Astro gallopped for 30 m.

Blue Fountain was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Lying Flower galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Kroos Pegasos litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Gooo Far never caught up with Kroos Pegasos who won. Blue Fountain came third.
