One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Entering The Building found a gap and took the lead. Famous Cocktail followed before Calming Comet.




Chickadee Liza saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Chickadee Liza started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Chickadee Liza clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Famous Cocktail accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Famous Cocktail galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Calming Comet suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Calming Comet didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
