The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Jarlsberg this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dal Lanciare found a gap and took the lead. Beauty Rainbow followed before Vred Vind. Vred Vind was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Dal Lanciare was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Inne Drømmene suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dal Lanciare today. It continued in the lead.




Dal Lanciare didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Vred Vind was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Dal Lanciare were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Vred Vind won the race after a spectacular finish.
