One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





License To Lick could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Gnistra was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




License To Lick clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Wolly Breath galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




License To Lick was still in the lead after 1500m.



License To Lick kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Wolly Breath galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.




Eagle won the race after a spectacular finish.
