It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lézard tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sous-marin that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Sous-marin clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sous-marin followed by Boulder Nova and Wondering Queen. Lane two Lézard followed by Prince Of Wales and .




Sous-marin sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Prince Of Wales gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Sous-marin looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sous-marin kept the speed the whole finish and won before Lézard and Boulder Nova.
