The weather had been good all week and Färjestad was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were

Mustache.

Perfect General got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m.
Perfect General quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of
Old
Mustache who started to galop and lost 20 m.
Perfect General was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.
Golden Stone saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and
Perfect General gallopped for 50 m.
Golden Stone was still in the lead after 2000m.
Listening
Moment was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.
Golden Stone were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Åke Lindblom tried a little too much on the homestretch and

Moment started to galopp and lost 20 m.
Old
Mustache made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before
Golden Stone.
