The sun was shining on Vaggeryd and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Black Wave tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to In Hindsight Cherry that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. Useless Vacation, Black Wave, Light Devil, Adorable Pixie, Seductive Stone, Striking Fiber, Vivaldi Hof, Quilly Du Marais.

Black Wave looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Seductive Stone couldn't come out from behind the leader, Useless Vacation. Brave Stereo was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Useless Vacation followed by Quilly Du Marais and Vivaldi Hof. Lane two Seductive Stone followed by Light Devil and In Hindsight Cherry. Black Wave galloped for 30 m.

With only a little left of the race Golden Baby galoped for 10 m. With only a little left of the race Brave Stereo galoped for 10 m. Useless Vacation kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Golden Baby was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.

Quilly Du Marais won. Vivaldi Hof came in second. Light Devil caught third place.
