The sun was shining on Pihtipudas and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Relaxing Rocket found a gap and took the lead. Run Away followed before Dropkick Baby. Prix D´hoof suddenly started to galop. Pekka Korpi had to struggle to get Prix D´hoof to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Run Away, Relaxing Rocket, Active Arraow, Prix D´hoof, Dropkick Baby, , , . A bird flew just in front of Run Away who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Run Away clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Run Away followed by Dropkick Baby and Active Arraow. Lane two Relaxing Rocket followed by Prix D´hoof and .



Relaxing Rocket speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Relaxing Rocket today who won before Run Away and Dropkick Baby.
