Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dragan. Sleeping Addiction ended up behind the leader. Solid Band got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Coughing Madness was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sleeping Addiction sprinted to the front. Solid Band galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Dragan accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Sleeping Addiction gallopped for 50 m. Coughing Madness started to gallop after 1500m and Jörgen Sjunnesson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Dragan kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Reign Of Terror was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Dragan looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Dragan kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sleeping Addiction and Reign Of Terror.
