The weather had been good all week and Romme was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Set The Limits. Kosjutin ended up behind the leader. King Of Heaven got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and True Invader sprinted to the front.

Speedy Girl took the lead after 1000m. Jane Hall didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. King Of Heaven was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

driver couldn't keep True Invader to trotting so they were disqualified.

Lysmelk Cherry won the race after a spectacular finish.
