The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kalmar today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dreaming Cube. Close Sound ended up behind the leader. Travelling Pearl got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Travelling Pearl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Travelling Pearl clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Travelling Pearl was still in the lead after 1500m.



Dreaming Cube was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Travelling Pearl looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Travelling Pearl today who won before Dreaming Cube and Close Sound.
