Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Harstad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Watching You. Flying Striker ended up behind the leader. Blackeberga Duff got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Bronze Pepper saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bronze Pepper followed by Giant Hot and Blackeberga Duff. Lane two Flying Striker followed by Watching You and Le Beau Pascal. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Blackeberga Duff gallopped for 50 m.



Bronze Pepper sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Bronze Pepper kept the speed the whole finish and won before Flying Striker and Blackeberga Duff.
