One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Red Winter took the lead after a very quick start. Shower Power suddenly started to galop. Robert Bergh had to struggle to get Shower Power to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Calming Sniper, Gianluca, Pietro Bull Cherry, Célestyna, Red Winter, Grande Pegasos, Jean Baptiste, Bohumil.

Gianluca sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gianluca today. It continued in the lead.

Calming Sniper was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Gianluca kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Red Winter sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
