One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Texas Wildcat could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.
Mighty Boy sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Slim Pickings Cherry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Window And Desolate was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.
Winner of todays race was Slim Pickings Cherry. Minion Hoof came in second. Texas Wildcat became third.
