One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Giudice Mai. Hot Spot ended up behind the leader. Ladies Night got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Down Down And Stay started to galop and lost 20 m.

Ladies Night quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Hot Spot who started to galop and lost 10 m. Down Down And Stay started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Duc Aubiose suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ladies Night followed by Funky Snow and Down Down And Stay. Lane two Giudice Mai followed by Golden Crown and Hot Spot. Hot Spot galloped for 50 m. Duc Aubiose galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Ladies Night looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Hot Spot was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

Giudice Mai made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Funky Snow.
