The sun was shining on Solvalla today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were

Asteroid.

Striker ended up behind the leader.
Mio Indistinto got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Rindis Hurricane was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Stinger started to galop and lost 40 m.

Blast quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Steel
Blast was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.
Fast Player saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
With only a little left of the race

Stardust galoped for 10 m.

Striker speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Carl-Erik Lindblom tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Stinger started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Striker didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
