Golden Strategy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Snickelisnack was in fine shape and held the lead. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Golden Strategy suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Snickelisnack followed by Tranquil Temptress and . Lane two Golden Strategy followed by and . Snickelisnack galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Golden Strategy suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Snickelisnack galop. Snickelisnack lost 20 m. Tranquil Temptress won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
