One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lady Merett was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sowing Meadow sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Modest Pie took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Modest Pie followed by Lady Merett and Donna Bella. Lane two Thousand Dreams followed by Global Activity and Gorgeous Spring.



Modest Pie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Modest Pie. Donna Bella came in second. Global Activity became third.
