The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Easy Part. Mine At Last ended up behind the leader. Doktor Death got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Cool Cat was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Salsa Groover started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Doktor Death looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that General Work couldn't come out from behind the leader, Smashing Sensation. Cool Cat suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.



Easy Part looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that General Work couldn't come out from behind the leader, Smashing Sensation.






Easy Part kept the speed the whole finish and won before General Work and Drop Kick.
