The sun was shining on Östersund and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Golden Surprise. Katie Cruel ended up behind the leader. Kookaburra got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Shinobi quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Famous Twister was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Skipping Summer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Curly Summer couldn't come out from behind the leader, Shinobi. Kookaburra was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Access To Heaven showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Famous Twister was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Skipping Summer saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Shinobi galloped for 40 m.

With only a little left of the race Curly Summer galoped for 10 m. Skipping Summer kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Golden Surprise galop. Golden Surprise lost 40 m.

Coughing Amazon sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
