The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Lapua this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elephant Larockma could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Black Burt saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Heavy Bomb sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 0 m.




Elephant Larockma accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Elephant Larockma kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Old Kent galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Black Burt suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Old Kent was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Old Kent galop. Old Kent lost 30 m.




Final standings. 1 Elephant Larockma, 2 Black Burt, 3 Ibra Kadabra.
