The sun was shining on Hoting today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Brunella was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Expensive Passion started to galop and lost 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Big Muscle, Dahlèns Luring, Brunella, Ögonfröjd, Cherokee Jazzy, Ville Menkundeinte, Menførhelvede Law, Expensive Passion.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Cherokee Jazzy accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Cherokee Jazzy didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Cherokee Jazzy showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Ville Menkundeinte speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Expensive Passion galop. Expensive Passion lost 30 m.

Ögonfröjd made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Menførhelvede Law.
