The weather had been good all week and Rovaniemi was in good shape. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Funky Gal. Annus Horribilis ended up behind the leader. Tangerine Dream got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tangerine Dream sprinted to the front. The leader got disturbed by something and Funky Gal took the lead rather easily. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Funky Gal today. It continued in the lead. Tangerine Dream showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Funky Gal didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Funky Gal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Bow Or Bleed showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. No-one could catch Funky Gal today who won before Annus Horribilis and Giggling Cake. Results
