It had been raining for several days at Mantorp but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dorado. Dream Boy ended up behind the leader. Vrouw got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Ojsan Tempotorsk was in fine shape and held the lead.

Flower Box looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dream Boy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ticking Lipstick.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flower Box followed by Dream Boy and Dorado. Lane two Ticking Lipstick followed by Look So Easy and Vrouw.

Carlos Baby was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Dream Boy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Ticking Lipstick kept the speed the whole finish and won before Flower Box and Look So Easy.
