One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Double Whopper Jazzy took the lead after a very quick start.

Crossing Maid quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Frozen Fall took the lead after 1000m. Jumping Bouquet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frozen Fall followed by Crossing Maid and Glanz Dame. Lane two Double Whopper Jazzy followed by Jumping Bouquet and . Jumping Bouquet showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Frozen Fall kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Double Whopper Jazzy made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Frozen Fall.
