The weather had been good all week and Mantorp was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Chadman Drummer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Joakim Wallin wanted a little to much in the start and Walking Stereo galoped for 50 m.

Chadman Drummer was in fine shape and held the lead.

Sunset Belori took the lead after 1000m. Chadman Drummer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sunset Belori followed by Styxon Ciniferalis and . Lane two Chadman Drummer followed by Walking Stereo and .

Sunset Belori sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Sunset Belori kept the speed the whole finish and won before Chadman Drummer and Styxon Ciniferalis.
