One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Columbus Pegasos was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Carlos Berit started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Carlos Baloo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Running Velvet couldn't come out from behind the leader, Columbus Pegasos.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Columbus Pegasos today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Experienced Devil galoped for 20 m. Carlos Baloo speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Carlos Baloo was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Columbus Pegasos sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
