The sun was shining on Åmål today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cleveland Brownie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Masip sprinted to the front.




Cleveland Brownie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. driver couldn't keep Masip to trotting so they were disqualified.




Cleveland Brownie was still in the lead after 1500m.




Cubaynes seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Cubaynes kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Cubaynes didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
