Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Boden track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heavy Sergeant took the lead after a very quick start.




Heavy Sergeant was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. driver couldn't keep Gagnon to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Heavy Sergeant followed by Ziti and Ylipulli. Lane two Cheese Chef followed by Meltdown Moot and Magic Lemonade.




Heavy Sergeant didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Ylipulli showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Heavy Sergeant were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Heavy Sergeant didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
