The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Dahléns Makrill sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Carlos Gagnant galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Almost Like Elvis who started to galop and lost 30 m. Carlos Gagnant started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dahléns Makrill followed by Brave Mind and Valetta Princess. Lane two Max Motor followed by Happy Legs and Almost Like Elvis. Valetta Princess galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Dahléns Makrill was still in the lead after 2000m.



Valetta Princess was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Dahléns Makrill looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Dahléns Makrill didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
