One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Knight could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Lying Whirlwind quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Stopping Knight sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Competitive Sound looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Lying Whirlwind litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Competitive Sound galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Stopping Knight never caught up with Lying Whirlwind who won. Competitive Sound came third.
