One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Primo Victoria found a gap and took the lead. Lancelotto followed before Screaming Rocket.




This is the positions after 500m. Rumbling Hyena, Guyon, Loving Lemon, Screaming Rocket, Jour Au Mauvais, Roman Catholic, Lancelotto, Primo Victoria.




Rumbling Hyena clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Guyon looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Guyon was still in the lead after 2000m. Loving Lemon was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.



Guyon kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Rumbling Hyena galop. Rumbling Hyena lost 30 m.




Roman Catholic made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Guyon.
