One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Perrine sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Climbing Mustache quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Chesnaught took the lead after 1000m. Perrine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Chesnaught was still in the lead after 1500m.



Perrine suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Climbing Mustache won. Chesnaught came in second. Nessla Vanessa caught third place.
