The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Purple Giggle could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Dribbling Cruiser saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Zweven Ter Roze took the lead rather easily.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Zweven Ter Roze today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Cosmic Fall gallopped for 20 m.



Zweven Ter Roze looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Amarone sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
