One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fire Puerta sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Doughty saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Doughty clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Doughty was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Fire Puerta gallopped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Take Over galoped for 10 m. Ligeramente Dulce speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Take Over galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Dahlèns Luring never caught up with Ligeramente Dulce who won. Doughty came third.
