One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Birmingham tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Carlos Burning Heart that came steaming ahead. Ojsan Pilsnabb was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Carlos Tage quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Bienvenue took the lead after 1000m. Ojsan Praktfull didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Bienvenue was still in the lead after 1500m.

Soul Master Cherry speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Ibracadabra The Man won the race after a spectacular finish.
